For BlueSkies Clients, we offer Live Chat, FAQ, Email, and Telephone Support. Each BlueSkies Module has direct access to our Support System by going into the "Tools" menu and clicking on "Help". It's that easy. For Training, we have built into our Support System quick, narrated tutorials that demonstrate how to correctly use every feature and perform every task for each Module. For example, if a user is logged into TableWatch, accessing the Help files from the "Tools" menu will take the user directly to the narrated tutorials for TableWatch-- without even having to log out of the system.
